Mary DeFoe, CSQA (Certified Software Quality Analyst), has 23 years of IT experience. The last 13 years have been in management, project management and leading project management offices, process improvement initiatives, and quality assurance and quality control organizations and companies.

Ms. DeFoe has numerous years hands-on-experience in the following industries: (a) retail, (b) insurance, (c) financial, and (d) legal. She has successfully managed and prepared organizations to achieve CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) Levels 2 and is a CMMI enthusiast. Over 500 Information Technology professionals have been mentored and trained by Mary on project management and quality principles. Mary has established infrastructures for project management offices, quality process teams, testing center functions, and software measurement programs.

Ms. DeFoe holds a BA (Bachelor of Arts) degree in Management Information Systems, a Masters Certificate in Project Management, and is a Certified Software Quality Analyst. With a sincere interest, Mary remains current with ongoing changes in her field as a member of the SEI (Software Engineering Institute), PMI (Project Management Institute), and the MN Twin-SPIN (Twin Cities Software Process Improvement Network for Minneapolis/St.Paul Regional Area).

Bobbi Stark, PMP (Project Management Professional), has 20 plus years of IT experience. The last 17 years have been in management, project management and leading project management offices, process improvement initiatives, and quality assurance and control businesses and organizations.

Ms. Stark has long-term, on-site experience in a wide range of industries: (a) insurance, (b) airlines, (c) retail, and (d) legal — with a background in global management. Bobbi has managed organizations to CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) Levels 3 with great expertise and has an infinite devotion to CMMI. She has established infrastructures for project management offices, quality and performance metrics, and quality assurance processes with favorable success. As a teacher and advisor, Bobbi has influenced hundreds of IT careers with her knowledge of project management and quality principles.

Ms. Stark has achieved a BA (Bachelor of Arts) degree in Organizational Management and Communications and an AA (Associate of Arts) degree in Data Processing. As a member of the SEI (Software Engineering Institute), PMI (Project Management Institute), and the MN Twin-SPIN (Twin Cities Software Process Improvement Network for Minneapolis/St.Paul Regional Area), Bobbi keeps astride of the global climate of Information Technology.
