Approach to Client's Process Improvement

Integral Process Solutions develops a framework to align our consulting strategy with the client's business need. As a foundation to understand the client's environment and culture, we recommend an assessment of critical software functions. The process appraisal provides an objective view into the way quality control is presently maintained in the organization and makes visible the organizational process strengths and process improvement opportunities. The results of the assessment provide the ability to prioritize methods and goals for the organization's process improvement solutions.

In order to be successful, Integral Process Solutions firmly believes that quality control and practical process improvement efforts are as follows:

  • Treat client's quality assurance and business process improvement needs as a structured project.
  • Employ all the components necessary to manage the project on time with proposed deliverables and budget.
  • Ensure knowledge transition to client's internal resources of the processes that are delivered.

It is our goal to have effective communication with our customers from the initial point of engagement and throughout the delivery of the quality assurance project effort. Early on we will identify the key contacts for the organization and establish a communications plan to keep all informed.
